1 cup foxtail millet soaked overnight
1/2 bunch mint leaves
Green pea one cup
1/2 cup bean
1/2 cup carrot
1 onion diced into long slices
1 table spoon ginger garlic paste
1 tspn turmeric
1/2 inch cinnamon
2 to 3 cloves
1 cardamom
1 tspn ghee or oil (you can keep it oil free too)

Method
In a pressure cooker, heat the bottom . add ghee/oil or simply let it heat up.
Add all spices & ginger garlic paste . Sauté for a while. Add mint and roast well. Add the onions and
veggies.
Add millet and 1 1/2 cup water.
Cook in medium simmer for 3 to 4 whistle.
