everyones heart for its bold flavors, vibrant colors and
satisfying textures. With a perfect balance of spices,
vegetables, and tender noodles, they make for an irresistible
meal.
However, noodles known for its naughtiness of having
ajinomoto and refined flour dampen the spirit of hakka
noodles making it a tough choice. We are here to make the
choice easy by brining to you this nasty free Millet Noodles

post, we’ll guide you through a simple yet delicious recipe
for homemade Hakka noodles using our that you can whip
up in no time. Get ready to embark on a culinary journey to
satisfy your noodle cravings.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of Millet noodles
- 2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot, thinly slices
- 1/2 cup of thinly sliced cabbage
- 1/2 cup of bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (adjust to your spice preference)
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
1. Boil the millet noodles until they are almost done. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking. Toss with a little oil to prevent sticking and set aside.
2. Heat 1 tspn groundnut oil in a large wok or pan over high heat. Add minced garlic and chopped green chili, and sauté for a few seconds until fragrant.
3. Add sliced onions and stir-fry for a minute until they start to turn translucent.
4. Add sliced carrots, sliced cabbage, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender but still crisp.
5Push the vegetables to one side of the wok and add the cooked noodles to the other side. Pour soy sauce, vinegar, and sprinkle black pepper over the noodles. Toss everything
together to combine.
6. Stir-fry the noodles and vegetables together for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the noodles are well coated with the sauce and heated through.
7. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and more soy sauce or vinegar if needed.
8. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
